What are your favorite chocolate-cookie-recipes?

I have many chocolate-cookie-recipes. My favorite is a good old-fashioned chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have learned not to have these in the house too often. This is because for some strange reason my hips begin to widen and my clothes shrink!

I also love biscotti recipes because I love to eat them with my hot drinks. Coffee, teas and cocoa. Yum! This makes our cold Ohio winters a bit more tolerable.
