What is your favorite flavor of chocolate-fondue-recipe?
Your chocolate-fondue-recipe can be flavored in many ways. Simply by changing the type of chocolate that you use or by adding coffee, flavored liquors, and extracts your fondue recipe will alter the flavor of your fondue. Fondue is a very easy elegant desert. (Shh! Don't let others know your secret!)This fondue would be great for a child's birthday celebration.(Just don't add the liqueur!) There are loads of different dipping options to dip in your fondue recipes. Here are a few.

Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons liqueur such as hazelnut, Gaillano, coffee or your favorite flavor
- 3/4 cup (35%) whipping cream
Directions
- In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, combine cream and chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is shiny and almost melted. Stir until melted.
- If you are using a double boiler, melt your cream and chocolate chips over low heat until the chocolate is melted and stirs smooth.
- Whisk your liqueur or coffee into the chocolate mixture.
- Transfer your fondue to a fondue pot.
- Arrange your dipping items on a platter and serve.
Tip: Try to use a fondue pot with a tea light that is made for chocolate fondue. That way, your chocolate will not burn.
Your left over chocolate fondue can be refrigerated and warmed in a microwave before serving. Or, you can even make it ahead and reheat it.
