Have you ever tasted white-chocolate-truffles?

This recipe for white-chocolate-truffles is very easy. They are quick, delicious, and keep your friends coming back for more!
I hope that you are crazy for peanut butter and white chocolate, because these will fix any chocolate lover's craving! These delightful confections can very easily pass as peanut butter candy. Shh! Don't let anyone in on the secret ingredient! The nutter butters really make this white chocolate candy recipe a breeze!

Ingredients:
- 1 regular size package of Nutter Butter cookies
- 1 (8 oz. package cream cheese
- 16 ozs. white chocolate melted
Directions:
- In a food processor, crush 9 of the nutter butters to fine crumbs. If you do not have a food processor. Place your cookies in a zip-loc bag and pound with a rolling pin until it resembles fine crumbs. Reserve these crumbs for later use!
- Crush your remaining cookies until it resembles fine crumbs and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese; mix until well blended.
- Roll your cookie mixture into 42 balls.(1 inch in diameter)
- Dip your balls into melted chocolate by using a toothpick.
- Place the truffles onto a wax paper covered baking sheet.
- Sprinkle truffles with reserved nutter butter cookie crumbs. Note: I did not do this in the truffles in above photo!
- Refrigerate truffles until firm, about 1 hour.
- Store white-chocolate-truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
- Yield: 42 truffles
Variation: To make some variation to your truffles, try dipping your truffles into melted milk or dark chocolate. This will give you a great twist in this easy candy recipe. To you chocoholics out there, please share, these are quite rich!
